We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, analyze, and interpret data to help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data handling, and the ability to present insights through reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities :

Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources.
Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using data analytics tools.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Work closely with different departments to understand data requirements.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
Generate actionable recommendations based on data findings.
Support business decision-making through data-driven insights.

Required Skills :

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Formulas).
Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts.
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Freshers with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
Prior internship or project experience in data analysis will be an advantage.
